4.4 You must notify phkay immediately via the live chat or support email if you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.5 phkay reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 phkay is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. All players must successfully complete the phkay KYC process before withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold will be approved.

6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the name of the phkay account holder. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited. phkay reserves the right to reverse such deposits and close the relevant phkay account.
6.3 phkay does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
6.4 Deposits are credited to your phkay wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to PHP is applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
6.5 phkay is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment service providers, banking systems, or network outages outside of phkay's control.
Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players are advised to confirm the applicable minimum before initiating a deposit transaction.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted via payment methods that have been registered to and verified on the phkay account. phkay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not registered to the account holder.
7.2 All withdrawals are subject to phkay's standard KYC verification process. phkay reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification, AML checks, or any ongoing investigation into account activity.
7.3 GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within the time required for on-chain confirmation, which is outside phkay's control once broadcast.
7.4 phkay does not charge standard withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose fees at their own discretion, which are your responsibility.
7.5 phkay reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that are unusual in amount, frequency, or pattern relative to the account's prior activity. Such requests may take longer to process while under review.
7.6 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 8 before they become eligible for withdrawal. Only funds meeting the applicable wagering requirements will be approved for cashout.
Responsible Gaming Note: If you have applied a self-exclusion or cool-off period to your phkay account, withdrawal requests may still be processed at phkay's discretion to return real-money funds belonging to you during the exclusion period.

14.3 phkay makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. phkay will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
14.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. phkay does not guarantee that any player will profit from their participation in games on the phkay platform. Players should treat all wagers as funds they are prepared to lose.
